Pinot in the Park Tour
Featuring Aptos Creek Vineyard and the redwood forest of Nisene Marks State Park

Tour combines a gentle ride through the beautiful redwoods appropriate for most skill and fitness levels (or a vigorous romp across some fun single-track if you like) with stops on the way into and out of the park at Aptos Creek Vineyard, located on the park's edge.

This is a small, private vineyard, so advance notice is required, and more is better.

2-3 riders: $65 each
4 or more riders: $55 each

Bikes, helmets, water, snacks, binoculars, and handlebar bags provided. Less $10 w/own bike & helmet. Riders should show up at least 20 minutes before departure time.

Each year, Aptos Creek Vineyard produces a limited quantity of hand crafted Pinot Noir Their dry farmed vineyard is tended patiently, working with nature to produce a small yield of intensly flavored fruit. Their winemakers then employ hands on techniques to create a wine which allows the fruit to speak for itself.


At Santa Cruz Bike Tours, we offer other winery tours appropriate for most fitness levels that are customized to create a most enjoyable afternoon. Prices vary, based on desired length, number of riders, meals, and number of wineries or breweries visited.

For groups who would like van support, we have partnered with our good friends at The Santa Cruz Experience. From the mountains to the coast, they allow their guests to visit wineries not typically open to the public and discover vineyards as a personal guest of the winemakers.

Santa Cruz Coastal Tour
Taste a tremendous variety of wines at The Santa Cruz Wine Village featuring Bonny Doon, Vino Tabi, Sones Cellars, Pelican Ranch and Santa Cruz Mountain. In between tastings, you will ride to your choice of scenic spots including historic Wilder Ranch, Natural Bridges State Beach, famous surf spot Steamer Lane, or up to UC Santa Cruz for a view of the Monterey Bay. Savory lunches and treats available Kelly's French Pastry in the Wine Village, or a meal at a fine local restaurant can be arranged.

Mid-County Coastal Redwoods Tour
Cycling along the coast and in the beautiful Forest of Nisene Marks, you will taste at Aptos Creek, Bargetto, and Cava Wine Bar. Lunch options include a picnic in the redwoods and fine dining in Capitola Village. Aptos Creek is by appointment only, so please give advanced notice.

Corralitos Wine Trail Tour
South Santa Cruz County features some of the most popular roads for cyclists along with beautiful scenery from redwoods to agricultural fields. Tastings from your choice of Alfaro, Windy Oaks, Pleasant Valley, Nicholson, and Natal. These are all small wineries either open on Saturdays or by appointment, so please give advanced notice.




Brewery Tour
Approximately 3 1/2 hours

Our Brewery Tour includes much of our scenic Santa Cruz Coastal Cruise. Sample a variety of brews, many award winning, at the Seabright Brewery, Santa Cruz Aleworks, and Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing. Tours of brewmaking facilities often available with advance notice. Beers/tastings not included in price.
